VDP has been the expert in M&A and related advice for small and medium-sized companies in Belgium for more than 25 years. Our team has a track record of more than 400 transactions and broad industry experience, including at an international level.

We are continuously looking for people who can strengthen our team. You will join a small dynamic team of senior professionals who offer you the opportunity to be directly involved in transactions. What will you do?

In-depth analysis of companies and broader markets and sectors
Preparation of financial models such as company valuations and business plans
Preparation and elaboration of presentations for customers
Assisting in coaching a team of interns
Approaching and meeting potential buyers and sellers

Required skills:

You have a university background with financial specialisation and at least 3 years of professional experience (corporate finance, investment banking, consulting)
Team player with excellent analytical skills and pronounced technical expertise in the financial field
Good communication skills in Dutch, French and English
Broad interest in and affinity with the Flemish and international financial and business world
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
