February proved to be a positive month for stock markets, as robust economic data and relatively strong earnings reports played significant roles in contributing to year-to-date gains.

We however have observed some modest decline in overall M&A activity, while concurrently noting encouraging indicators within the mid-market segment. These observation aligns with the findings of a recent research report published by Argos Wityu.
