A private investor, in collaboration with the existing management, has acquired Dillen Bouwteam. Through this transaction, the construction company aims to ensure the continuity of the business while accelerating its growth plans.

Dillen Bouwteam, founded in 1962 by the Dillen family, is a Belgium-based construction company specializing in construction, renovation, and interior. The group mainly operates in the public/B2G market (education, healthcare, etc.) but also serves the industrial, office, and residential markets. Dillen Bouwteam is a recognized contractor Class 6 construction and Class 5 interior, employing ca. 45 staff members.
